a An analysis was made to determine the coolant flow and pressure requirements of a return-flow turbine rotor blade which utilizes hydrogen, helium, or air as the coolant. The return-flow blade design selected for this study consists of a hollow blade shell capped at the blade tip and a hollow insert.
