Calculations have been made of the initial inclination of the mixing boundary separating an exhausting supersonic jet from an external supersonic stream as a function of jet static-pressure ratio. The calculations are based on a ratio of specific heats of 7-fifths for the external stream and 9-sevenths for the jet.
