Analysis of the horizontal-tail loads measured in flight on a multiengine jet bomber

Horizontal-tail loads were measured in gradual and abrupt longitudinal maneuvers on two configurations of a four-engine jet bomber. The results obtained have been analyzed to determine the flight values of the coefficients important in calculations of horizontal-tail loads.
