The effectiveness of a 50-percent-semispan, constant-percent-chord elevon and of upper-surface spoilers as lateral-control devices for a wing-fuselage combination employing a wing swept back 63 degrees has been determined experimentally for the range of Mach numbers from 1.2 to 1.7 at a Reynolds number of 1.5 million.
