An experimental investigation of a blowdown turbine installed in the exhaust stream of a 12-cylinder liquid-cooled engine of 1710-cubic-inch displacement was conducted at the NACA Cleveland laboratory. Exhaust stacks from pairs of cylinders with nonover-turbine -nozzle segments.
